Cambodia is an ancient empire which started from early 1st century. Siem Reap is an old ancient capital city of Cambodia in Angkor era or Mahanokor era that we called Angkor City or Yasodharapura. As the State temple of the first city at Angkor, Phnom Bakheng has a special importance, even though many of its buildings are in poor condition.
